Account & data deletion

Overview

You can permanently delete your JFT & Skill Mock learner account and related personal data at any time. This page explains how deletion works for the website, PWA, and Android app.

Deletion cannot be undone. It removes your learner profile, sessions, entitlements, results, events, and uploaded payment proof files from our active database.

What we delete

• Profile — name, phone, device binding, location labels, profile photo.
• Sessions — login sessions and access tokens.
• Learning records — results, entitlements, and event logs for your account.
• Payment files — uploaded payment confirmation files stored for your account.

Delete in the app

1. Sign in with your learner access code.
2. Open the Profile tab.
3. Select Delete Learner Profile.
4. Confirm by typing DELETE when prompted.

The app calls POST /api/learner/delete-account with {"confirmation":"DELETE"} and your session token.

Delete by email

If you cannot access the app:

1. Email [email protected]
2. Use subject line: Data Deletion Request
3. Include your learner name, access code (or code hint), and registered phone/email if available

After we verify ownership, associated personal identifiers, test logs, and uploaded payment proofs are removed from our active database within 30 days.

After deletion

• You will be signed out and need a new access code for learner features.
• Public/guest sessions may be recreated later if you use free public login on the same device.
• Limited anonymized operational logs may be retained only when required for security or law.
